Product Warranty and Return Policy

Every product purchased is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You may return an item within 7 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please send the product along with the invoice and order number, accompanied by a return request letter or return form.
  • Corporate Returns: Corporate customers are required to issue a return invoice; returns will not be accepted without one.
  • Damaged Deliveries: We recommend inspecting and opening any packages that appear damaged in the presence of the delivery representative.
  • Completion of Delivery: Once the product is delivered, the courier company is considered to have fulfilled their responsibility.

Non-returnable Conditions

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the product in the same condition in which it was received. Any commercial value loss caused by usage must be compensated by the customer.

Return Process

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 10 days of receipt.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Refunds to credit cards will be completed by your bank within 2-3 weeks.

Product Defects

  • For defects that appear after the product is delivered, please contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

Shipping Fees

  • For returns that do not meet the conditions above, the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Return Timelines

  • Bank Transfer Refunds: Refunds for bank transfers will be completed within 2 business days.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Credit card refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
    • Please note that the refund may not appear in your account on the same day. If this occurs, it is recommended to contact your bank's credit card service.

Order Cancellation

  • After your order is marked as "Cancelled," the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or bank account.

Installment Sales

  • For returns on installment sales, the refund will be applied as an additional balance to your credit card by your bank each month.
